FAQ
Answers about tracking, pending cashback, approvals and payouts.
What is cashback?
Cashback is a reward returned to your account after a tracked purchase is confirmed by a merchant or affiliate network.
Why use a tracking link?
The tracking link connects your purchase to your account. Without it, the backend may not receive attribution data.
Why is cashback pending?
Pending means the purchase was recorded but still needs merchant or network confirmation.
How long does approval take?
Approval time depends on the merchant and affiliate network. Cashback can remain pending until the return or cancellation window is closed.
Why can cashback be rejected?
Orders can be rejected for cancellations, returns, policy violations, duplicate attribution or unsupported coupon sources.
When can I request payout?
You can request payout from approved available balance once payout conditions and minimum amount are met.
How do referrals work?
Referral rewards are created from eligible cashback activity of users who joined with your referral code.
Missing cashback?
Contact support with merchant, order date, amount, tracking link and receipt or screenshot if available.
What is fixed payout cashback?
Some merchants pay a fixed reward instead of a percent. The offer card should explain the active rule.
